Residential Fees
Our fees for a house appraisal range from $200 to $500, which depends on various factors, including if you need an exterior only inspection or rental analysis. But the typical fee is generally around $300 to $350. Please call for a quote. Check out the areas we cover.

Our fees for a commercial appraisal start at $750 and go up. Please call for a quote.
